MyGazebo.ca (9219-3192 Québec Inc., hereinafter called "MonGazebo") offers a limited warranty on its products. MonGazebo hereby warrants to the first consumer purchaser that its products, upon receipt, will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is not transferable.
MonGazebo hereby warrants to the first consumer purchaser that its polycarbonate roof panels shall be free from delamination, chipping, and blistering for a period of ten years from the date of delivery, when used normally and adequately. This warranty is not transferable.
MonGazebo hereby warrants to the first consumer purchaser that its pre-painted laminated metal products will be free from chipping, cracking, delamination or puncturing due to corrosion for a period of fifteen years from date of manufacture. delivery, when used normally and properly. at. Defects or damage occurring after shipment to the custodian by MonGazebo resulting from handling, shipping, transit, processing, improper storage, prolonged contact with mold or contact with materials corrosive or other.
b. Defects or damage resulting from installation, modifications or repair attempts. c. Defects or damage resulting from the fact that the product has not been maintained, used or installed in accordance with the recommendations published by MonGazebo and accepted good commercial practices.
d. Damage resulting from the use of high-pressure water jets or "pressure washers". e. Damage resulting from weather conditions, environmental factors, falling objects or fortuitous events.
f. Aging by inclement weather, color degradation or discoloration.
g. Naturally occurring changes in wood components, including splits and splinters. h. Damage caused by plants / trees, animals, freeze / thaw movement of your floor, vandalism, fire, mechanical or chemical agent.
i. Screws and joints.
j. No warranty is applicable on a product sold demonstrator.
The warranty may be void at the sole discretion of MonGazebo if it is proven that the installer has not followed exactly the assembly instructions provided with the product.
The purchaser must inspect the equipment received prior to installation to limit the costs incurred to repair, dye / oil or replace the defective components. MonGazebo will not assume or fund travel, shipping and accommodation costs resulting from a claim.
MonGazebo has its license from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (# 5694-8516-01) to carry out the installations. Subject to the exclusions herein, MonGazebo warrants the assembly performed by MonGazebo employees for a period of 120 days from the end of such assembly work.
Claims under this warranty must be made to the custodian where the product was purchased. The original sales contract, serial number (if applicable), date of installation and digital photos will be required to initiate the processing of the claim.
The guarantee may be canceled if the alleged defect is not reported to the selling depositary within seven days of its finding.
MonGazebo must have had the opportunity to inspect the product before any corrective action is proposed or undertaken. It is the responsibility of the consumer to provide access to the product at the request of MonGazebo or its agents.
b. replace or exchange defective parts / components; or
c. take any other action deemed necessary to correct the defect; or
d. if MonGazebo determines that these repairs, replacements or other measures are not viable, MonGazebo reserves the right to fully replace the product / structure. The product will be delivered only to the authorized dealer.

This warranty will be provided pursuant to and will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. MonGazebo makes no representations, conditions, or warranties, express or implied, with respect to your product, except with respect to the limited warranty described herein.
In no event will MonGazebo be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including any material damage to the building or its contents, bodily injury to any person therein, as well as any loss of income. This warranty, effective January 1, 2017, supersedes all other prior written or verbal warranties of MonGazebo, whether express or implied.
This warranty applies only if any monies due to MonGazebo are fully paid.
